We offer IACRA Student & Remote Pilot License Validation, Required Flight Reviews, Basic Med Exams and other Special Services upon request. Although currently not an active AME, Dr. Hecker has over 27 years-experience in Aerospace Medicine in the San Antonio / South TX areas and is an active CFI-I and CFI-ME.

WE CAN SOLVE YOUR AEROMEDICAL PROBLEMS! FAA Exam fees begin at $200.00. Waggoner Computer Color Vision Testing for Initial and Upgraded Prior 3rd Class Color Restricted Certificate Pilots is $100.00. Basic Med Fee is $400.00. An IACRA Student Pilot charge is $100.00. Aeromedical Consultations will be at the San Antonio office located at 5108 Broadway - Suite 203, San Antonio, TX 78209. Pricing is based on Cash or Check payment, but we process Credit, Debit, or HSA cards for $7.50+. Dr. Hecker DOES NOT perform FAA 1st, 2nd & 3d Class Exams but Basic Med Exams & Discreet Aeromedical Consultations are available on a time-based fee basis by appointment only.
